The Nigerian Food Fusion is a savoury cooking class with the impeccable chef Eros, who is also the Chef ambassador for German home appliance brand, Miele. It will take place on Saturday 14th March, from 10am-1pm at the Miele Gallery, 33 Sanusi Fafunwa Street, VI Lagos.
The three-hour cooking class will include practical cooking demonstration on how to prepare Jollof rice risotto with moi moi, dressing ideas for plate-service purposes and some first-class plating concepts for your traditional meals.
Price per person: N9,500
Price plus one: N12,000.
